My name is Jordan and I am glad you are here! Namaplay Yoga is something I've dreamed about for a long time. I fell in love with yoga during my first class in the basement of the rec center at the University of Virginia during my first year of medical school. I do not remember the teacher's name or most of the poses that we did. I remember hearing weights clanging and people chatting outside the room. At the end of class the teacher turned off the lights for Savasana (the final rest pose) and my body and my spirit both felt lighter.
